System structure	The system devices are (1)Stock Solution Tank, (2) Soft Water Tank, (3) Mixture Tank where stock solution and soft water are mixed, (4) Washing Tank for washing with clear water in a single or sub-tank for mixed dilution injected by clear water, and (5) Oily Water Separation Tank for a necessary.
Mixing process	Stock Solution Tank, Chlorine Removal Tank, and Mixture Tank are provided in this process. Temperature and the pH are controlled in Chlorine Removal Tank, the Ceaning Agent Mixture Tnk or Washing Tank. The temperature and pH8-13 of 20℃-80℃ are set according to the purposes. As for the cleaning process, the cleaning solution diluted in the cleaning agent mixture tank is supplied to Washing Tank. Cleaning Agent Collection Tank is connected with Washing Tank. The pollution materials in the cleaning solution are separated in Pollution Material Removal Separation Tank. Afterwards, oils and fats and the cleaning agent element are separated in Oily Water Separating Tank. It is returned to Cleaning Agent Supply Circulation Tank, and after the temperature and the pH are readjusted, used again.
Washing process	There are 1st and 2nd Warm Water Washing Tanks. The things to be washed are cleaned in the water enough in these warm water washing tanks. The water temperature is controlled with the heating device of each washing tank in 20-80℃. The return current waterway are prepared in Warm Water Collection Tank, Warm Water Separation Tank, and Warm Water Supply Tank. Drain the water after each warm water washing tank is washed in clear water or overflow the water to remove the pollution material from the liquid, or remove the pollution material by the filtration and oily water is separated, or supply the warm water to wash tank again, then the warm water is heated and pressurized.
Drying process	The one to be washed is transported to a dry room after washed in a clear water, then moisture is removed. When in using pure water, the cleaning agent mixture process and the washing process in clear water are different from the tap water use process. The manufacturing of aqua pura from tap water is possessed. The pure water manufacturing device and the pure water storage tank are installed. The aqua pura is used for cleaning agent mixture process.
Pure Water using process	Neither the cleaning solution nor the liquid of washing in clear water are returned. It provides with the impurity removal tank where impurities of the well water are removed only by differing from the case of the tap water use only the cleaning agent mixture process about the well water use process.
